The MEGAMOD1268, which is GEARWRENCH’s recently launched comprehensive mix of 1,268 mechanics hand tools with tool storage, won the SEMA Global Media award, selected by media judge Mike Kojima of MotoIQ. The voting panel reviewed nearly 3,000 new products that were featured at this year’s SEMA show. Each journalist selected 10 products that would be of most interest to their publications’ readers and most likely to succeed commercially in their respective countries. Ashley Chism, Brand Manager at GEARWRENCH, shared, “Grace and I had a chance to meet with Mike to accept the award on Wednesday night. Mike mentioned coming into the booth and initially thinking he was going to award his selection for the Bolt Biter Modular Set but when he looked over he started going through the MM1268 and then could visually see all the sets included in this master mechanic tool set – including the bolt biter modular set – it was a no brainer.”
